MFA Series
Product Description
MFA is a series of high-loss dielectric absorbers with several loss levels which can be tuned base on the filler loading or thickness. The materials of MFA are flexible open-cell foams with adhesive on its back, normally provided in 600(±10)mm*600(±10)mm sheets with thickness in the range of 3.5mm to 11mm, and can be readily cut any other customized requirement.
Product specifications
1. Ladder absorbing foam: generally used in low-frequency microwave anechoic chambers.
2. Flat wave absorbing foam: the size is 10‧30‧50‧100mm thick, length and width are 600mm each, generally used in isolation box ‧ test box ‧ dark room.
3. Wave-type wave-absorbing foam: generally about 30mm thick, used in isolation box ‧ test box.

5.Ku. Band (12~18GHz) 6. Ka. Band(18~26.5 GHz) 7. K. Band(26.5~40GHz)
Product test method
Measurement method
According to the microwave anti-wave reflection attenuation and measurement method customized by our laboratory, this method refers to the method in the appendix [1] of the US military regulation MIL-A-17161D* (the measurement method is not the direct transmission of the signal and the direct absorption contact)
Measurement range 3~18GHz reflection attenuation characteristics (expressed by db loss value)
Generally speaking, -3db means 50% absorption, -6db means 75% absorption, -10db means 90% absorption, -20db means 99% absorption.
